摘 要:飞机结构强度试验测量系统的安装分散性对数据采集精度影响较大,测量结果直接影响试验结论是否有效。测量系统安装误差主要集中在金属粘贴式电阻应变计和导线环节,通过理论模型和对比试验,对应变传递效率影响因素和导线长度影响进行了分析。分析结果表明,应变传递效率随粘接层厚度增加或弹性模量减少而下降,金属类粘接材料明显优于有机胶;长导线电阻对测量误差的影响不可忽略,3线式接线法可有效改善导线电阻的影响程度。The installation dispersion of the aircraft structural strength test measurement system has a great impact on the accuracy of data acquisition,and the measurement results directly affect the validity of the test conclusion.The installation error of the measurement system is mainly concentrated in the metal bonded resistance strain gauge and the wire link,and the influence factors of strain transfer efficiency and the influence of wire length are analyzed through theoretical model and comparative test.The results show that the strain transfer efficiency decreases with the increase of the thickness of the bonding layer or the decrease of the elastic modulus.The influence of long conductor resistance on measurement error cannot be ignored,and the 3-wire connection method can effectively improve the influence of conductor resistance.
