摘　　要：针对进口连采机使用国产控制阀的过程中遇到的阀体高温、漏油故障,进行了试验测量与理论计算,经分析得出故障发生原因。针对故障发生原因进行了整改处理,试验证明整改效果良好,为进口连采机使用国产控制阀提供了质量保障。This article focuses on the valve body high temperature and oil leakage faults encountered in the use of domestic control valves for imported continuous mining machines.Experimental measurements and theoretical calculations have been conducted,and the cause of the fault has been analyzed.Rectification measures were taken to address the cause of the malfunction,and the results were proven to be effective through experiments,providing strong support for the quality of domestically produced control valves.
