摘　　要：液化天然气是一种新型的燃料能源,其热值利用率高、环境污染少。对一种在用船用燃料低温罐的定期检验,依据资料审查情况、使用情况、损伤模式及失效模式制定最佳检验方案,并对其中主要的检验点进行了剖析,说明了如何使用真空计的测试真空度,最后对检验中发现的问题及处理方式进行了汇总,降低了使用单位的安全事故率,为检验检测方法提供了依据。Liquefied natural gas is a new type of fuel energy,it has high utilization rate of calorific value and less environmental pollution.For periodic inspection plan for an in-service marine fuel cryogenic tank,the best test plan based on information review,the service situation,damage modes,failure mechanisms,is develped and the main test points are analyzed and how to use the vacuum gauge to test the vacuum degree.Finally,the problems found in the inspection and the treatment methods are summarized,the safety accident rate of the use unit is reduced,it provides a basis for inspection and detection methods.
