新型双组分涂刷聚脲防水涂料的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：以液体仲胺扩链剂WANALINK■6200、芳香族异氰酸酯预聚体为主要原料,制备了一种新型高固含双组分涂刷聚脲防水涂料,拉伸强度23.66 MPa、断裂伸长率498%、撕裂强度66.5 N/mm、粘结强度3.16 MPa、硬度89A,具有良好的耐磨、防水性能,可满足DL/T 5317—2014《水利水电工程聚脲涂层施工技术规程》中对Ⅱ型双组分涂刷聚脲的性能要求。基于液体扩链剂WANALINK■6200,还可开发防火型和无溶剂型双组分涂刷聚脲防水涂料。A new type of high solid content two-component brushing polyurea waterproofing coating is prepared using liquid secondary amine chain extender WANALINK■6200 and aromatic isocyanate prepolymer as the main raw materials.The obtained coating possesses the performance of tensile strength at 23.66 MPa,elongation at break at 498%,tear strength at 66.5 N/mm,bonding strength at 3.16 MPa,hardness at 89A,and has good wear resistance and waterproofing property.It can meet the performance requirements for TypeⅡtwo-component brushing polyurea in standard DL/T 5317—2014“Technical code for construction of polyurea coating in hydropower and water resources engineering”.Based on the liquid chain extender WANALINK■6200,fire-resistant and solvent-free two-component polyurea waterproofing coatings can also be developed.
