摘　　要：通过对比试验研究了含羟基清除功能的新型JT-509脱醇型交联剂在改善单组分脱甲醇型RTV-1硅橡胶性能方面的实际效果。结果表明,相较于传统甲基三甲氧基硅烷交联剂,使用JT-509制备的“密封胶2”在储存稳定性、耐老化性及粘结性能上表现更优,尤其在加速老化后仍能保持良好的物理性能和对多种基材的粘结效果。The actual effect of a new type of JT-509 dealcoholizing crosslinking agent with hydroxyl scavenging function on improving the performance of single component dealcoholizing RTV-1 silicone rubber is studied through comparative experiments.The results show that compared to traditional methyltrimethoxysilane crosslinking agent,“Sealant 2”prepared with JT-509 performs better in storage stability,aging resistance and bonding performance;especially it can maintain good physical properties and bonding effects on various substrates after accelerated aging.
