Doctor-Patient Relationship and Emotional Dimensions in the Context of Emergency Treatment from a Pragmatic Perspective:A Case Study of the Documentary Chinese Doctors

摘  要:医患关系的情感维度研究可为医疗体系的有效运营和构建和谐医患关系提供借鉴与参考。本研究通过对纪录片《中国医生》中急诊室案例的研究发现,在我国急诊语境下,医患关系模式可总结为父母型、消费型和同志型三种;愉悦度、激活度和优势度三个情感维度在这三种模式中有着不同的体现和转换,其中优势度在各模式中表现最突出。对医患会话的语用分析发现,合作原则和礼貌原则的有效应用有助于医患沟通和情感表达,是建立情感纽带、避免医患冲突和构建和谐医患关系的关键。The research on the emotional dimensions of doctor-patient relationship provides reference and inspiration for the effective operation of the medical system and the construction of a harmonious doctorpatient relationship.Through the study of the emergency room cases in the seventh episode of the documentary Chinese Doctors,it is found that in the context of emergency treatment in China,the doctor-patient relationship model can be summarized into three types:parent model,consumer model and comradeship model.The three emotional dimensions,i.e.,Pleasure-displeasure,Arousal-nonarousal and Dominance-submissiveness,have different manifestations and transformations in these three models,of which the dominance dimension is the most prominent in each model.Pragmatic analysis of doctor-patient conversations has found that the effective application of the cooperative principle and politeness principle contributes to doctor-patient communication and emotional expression,and is the key to establishing emotional bonds,avoiding doctor-patient conflicts,and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
