摘 要:某企业洗护用品原辅料中不添加苯酚,且生产过程不产生苯酚,但在其废水处理污泥中意外发现苯酚。为探索污泥中苯酚来源,在排除样品等被污染与检测错误的基础上,结合三氯生光催化条件、降解机理及降解中间产物,认为洗护用品废水处理过程中具备光催化降解条件,可能成为废水处理污泥中苯酚的来源。另外,为避免危险废物鉴别时因遗漏重要检测指标而出现结论错误,建议重视初筛。Phenol is not added to the original and auxiliary materials of personal care products in an enterprise,and no phenol is produced in the production process.However,phenol is detected in the wastewater sludge.In order to explore the source of phenol in sludge,based on the exclusion of contaminated samples and detection errors,combined with the photocatalytic conditions,degradation mechanism and degradation intermediates of triclosan,it is concluded that the wastewater treatment process has photocatalytic degradation conditions,which may be the source of phenol in wastewater sludge.In addition,in order to avoid the omission of important detection indicators in hazardous waste identification with wrong conclusions,it is proposed to pay attention to pre-detection.
