摘 要:2022年9月19日辽宁盖州海域M3.0地震是辽宁地震预警系统部署完成后发生在预警区内的首个3.0级地震。通过对本次地震JEEW和EEW两套地震预警超快定位模块产出结果与中国地震台网正式目录结果进行偏差分析,得到以下几点结论:(1)JEEW和EEW两套预警超快定位模块对于辽宁盖州海域地震定位的发震时刻、震中位置结果较好,可以作为预警发布结果对外推送;(2)辽宁地震预警系统对于预警区边缘地带地震事件的定位比较可靠;(3)辽宁预警系统在震后11.1秒时给出预警发布结果,预警信息产出速度符合要求;(4)地震预警震级可能存在偏小的风险,需要后续开展预警台站场地校正、区域量规函数计算等相关工作,以减小场地带来的测定震级的偏差,提高单台特别是首台测定震级的准确性。The M3.0 earthquake off the coast of Gaizhou,Liaoning Province,on September 19,2022,Was the first M3.0 eathquake is the largest natural earthquake to occur in the warning area after the deployment of the Liaoning Earthquake Warning System.The output results of JEEW and EEW earthquake early warning modules of this earthquake are compared with the results of the official earthquake catalogue of China Earthquake Networks Center.It was concluded that:(1)The results of earthquake occurrence time and epicenter position calculated by JEEW and EEW early warning module in sea area of Gaizhou are good,which can be used as early warning release results for external push;(2)The Earthquake Early Warning System in Liaoning Province is relatively reliable in locating earthquake events at the edge of the early warning area;(3)After the earthquake,the Earthquake Early Warning System in Liaoning Province took 11.1 seconds to calculate the early warning release result,and the output speed of early warning information met the requirements;(4)The magnitude of earthquake early warning may be too small,so it is necessary to carry out the site correction of early warning stations,regional gauge function calculation and other related work to reduce the deviation of magnitude measurement caused by the site,and improve the accuracy of magnitude measurement of single station,especially the first station.
