摘　　要：On December 21,2023,the National Cultural Heritage Administration held its regular quarterly press conference,focusing on important archaeological discoveries and the latest research achievements from the Eastern Zhou to the Sui and Tang periods.The conference reported significant progress on four major projects under the Archaeology China programme,including the Xiazhan site in Baoji City,Shaanxi Province,the Beicheng Village burial site in Xi'an-Xianyang New Area,Shaanxi Province,the Qinjiajuburial site in Jingzhou City,Hubei Province,and the Dutou Ancient City site in Chenzhou City,Hunan Province.
