摘 要:针对内蒙古某煤化工企业生化尾水,采用紫外/过氧化氢工艺对该废水进行中试处理。试验结果表明,当氧化剂投加量为0.3%、紫外照射时间为0.5 h、紫外光强为1000 mw/cm^(2)、反应pH为6时,平均进水的COD、NH_(3)-N、TOC和UV_(254)分别为108.9 mg/L、5.65 mg/L、54.5 mg/L及2.72 cm^(-1),对应的平均COD、NH_(3)-N、TOC和UV_(254)的去除率可以达到68.6%、28.1%、68.1%及91.8%。处理后废水的COD、NH_(3)-N等指标满足《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》(GB/T 50050-2017)中再生水水质指标,不仅可作为厂区生产补充水使用,较好的出水水质亦可作为中水回用膜处理单元原水,降低后续处理单元负荷。此外,紫外光谱及三维荧光分析表明,表明该煤化工尾水中主要为生物代谢产物及腐殖酸类物质,经过紫外/过氧化氢工艺处理后对腐殖酸具有较好去除效果。经核算,单位水处理成本约为8.226元/m^(3),且运行过程中无二次污染,具有良好的经济和环境效益。In order to address the issue of biochemical wastewater from a coal chemical plant in Inner Mongolia,a pilot-scale UV/H_(2)O_(2)process was employed to treat the wastewater.At an oxidant dosage of 0.3%,UV irradiation time of 0.5 hours,UV intensity of 1000 mw/cm^(2),and a reaction pH of 6,The average influent concentrations of COD,NH_(3)-N,TOC,and UV_(254)were 108.9 mg/L,5.65 mg/L,54.5 mg/L,and 2.72 cm^(-1),respectively.The corresponding removal rates for COD,NH_(3)-N,TOC,and UV_(254)were found to reach 68.6%,28.1%,68.1%,and 91.8%,respectively.After treatment,the average effluent COD,NH_(3)-N,and other indicators met the quality standards for reclaimed water specified in the Design specification for industrial circulating cooling water treatment(GB/T 50050-2017).The treated wastewater can be used as supplementary water for production within the plant and as feedwater for the membrane treatment unit of the water reuse system,thus reducing the load on subsequent treatment units.In addition,ultraviolet spectroscopy and three-dimensional fluorescence analyses show that the coal chemical tail water is mainly biological metabolites and humic acids,and the UV/hydrogen peroxide process has a good removal effect on humic acids.After accounting,the running cost of tonnes of water is about 8.226 yuan,and there is no secondary pollution during operation,which has good economic and environmental benefits.
