摘 要:为解决金川三矿区东部贫矿巷道支护破坏变形问题,通过优化的层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)构建支护影响因素层次结构分析模型,实现巷道分级可视化应用;针对巷道支护破坏变形严重区域开展巷道支护破坏变形特征及机理分析,提出巷道支护优化方案;并利用FLAC3D构建数值模型,开展了支护方案支护效果对比分析。结果表明:破碎岩体在外部水平构造应力为主的高应力环境下,采用“锚网喷”支护可以有效改善巷道周围塑性区、应力场和位移的分布特征;相比螺纹钢锚杆,玻璃钢锚杆所受轴力较低,可以有效改善锚固水泥浆的应力状态,进而减小锚固段长度,在支护效果、材料成本上具有一定优势。To solve the difficulties of roadway support damage and deformation in the eastern poor mine of Jinchuan No.3 mining area,the hierarchical structure analysis model of support influence factors was constructed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The roadway grading visualization application was realized.The analysis of the characteristics and mechanism of roadway support damage and deformation was carried out for the area with serious damage and deformation of roadway support,and a roadway support optimization scheme was proposed.And the FLAC3D was used to build a numerical model to carry out a comparative analysis of the support effect of the support plan.The results show that under the high stress environment of external horizontal tectonic stress,the distribution characteristics of plastic zone,stress field and displacement around the roadway can be effectively improved by using bolt-mesh-shotcrete support.Compared with the rebar anchor,the non-metallic anchor rod is subject to lower axial force,which the stress state of the anchor cement paste can be effectively improved,and the length of the anchor section is reduced and has a greater advantage in terms of support effect and material cost.
