摘　　要：中医原创思维是以特定时代背景下的中国优秀传统文化为基础;以“取象运数,形神一体,气为一元”为核心;引领中医现代化的指引性思维模式。范永升教授擅长运用中西医结合诊治系统性红斑狼疮,其提出的二型九证法、“三维一体”激素减副法、解毒祛瘀滋阴法与中医原创思维的核心内容不谋而合,是中医原创思维现代化运用的有力佐证。Original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine is based on China’s rich traditional culture within a specific historical context.It centers around the principles of‘taking images and calculating numbers,the integration of form and spirit,and the unity of qi’,this original thinking serves as a guiding model for modernizing traditional Chinese medicine.Professor FAN Yongsheng excels in combining both Chinese and Western medicine to diagnose and treat systemic lupus erythematosus.His contributions,including the two types and nine patterns method,the‘three-dimensional integrated’approach to reducing steroid side effects,and the Jiedu Quyu Ziyin method,align seamlessly with the core concepts of original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.These serve as compelling evidence for modernizing traditional Chinese medical thought.
