小金丸用于乳腺癌的证治思路

摘　　要：乳腺癌以“虚、痰、瘀、毒”为主要病理因素,与肝脾肾三脏功能失调关系密切,病机特点为正虚与邪实并存,机体正气亏虚,痰瘀、癌毒胶结于乳络。根据乳腺癌的病因病机和临床表现,可将其归为中医学阴疽之范畴。中医药在改善乳腺癌的临床症状、提高机体免疫功能及减轻药物不良反应等方面具有独特优势。小金丸兼散寒、化痰、祛瘀、攻毒、补虚之功,是治疗阴疽的经典名方。借阴疽之理法,应用小金丸治疗痰瘀毒结型乳腺癌疗效确切,以消痰散瘀、抗癌解毒为主,扶正补虚为辅。The main pathological factors of breast cancer are'deficiency.phlegm,stasis and toxicity',which is closely related to the dysfunction of liver,spleen and kidney.And the pathogenesis is characterized by the co-existence of positive deficiency and pathogen accumulation,deficiency of positive qi in the body,phlegm stasis and cancer venom cementing in the breast channels.According to its etiology,pathogenesis and clinical manifestations,breast cancer can be classified as dorsal furuncle in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).TCM has unique advantages in improving clinical symptoms of breast cancer,improving immune function and alleviating drug toxicity and side effects.Xiaojin Pills have the functions of dispelling cold.eliminating phlegm,removing blood stasis,attacking poison and replenishing deficiency,which is a classic famous prescription for the treatment of dorsal furuncle.Based on the mechanisms and methods of dorsal furuncle,the effect of Xiaojin Pills on breast cancer of phlegm,blood stasis and poison is definite,mainly eliminating phlegm and dispersing blood stasis,fighting cancer and detoxification,supporting the normal and tonifying the deficiency as the auxiliary.
