五行音乐联合中医情志护理在改善肺癌患者术后疼痛中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨五行音乐联合中医情志护理在改善肺癌患者术后疼痛感中的作用。方法选取济南市中心医院2020年1月至2021年11月收取的肺癌患者82例为研究对象。以计算机完全随机分组法将其分为试验组和参照组各41例。参照组行五行音乐, 试验组在参照组的基础上加用中医情志护理。对比两组患者干预前、干预后7 d、14 d及28 d的心理痛苦〔心理痛苦温度计(Distress Thermometer, DT) 〕、疼痛程度视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale, VAS)、生活质量EORTC癌症生命质量核心量表(Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30, QOL-C30)。结果干预后7 d、14 d、28 d的心理痛苦评分与疼痛评分均显著低于干预前, 且试验组低于参照组, 差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后7 d、14 d、28 d的生活质量评分显著高于干预前, 且试验组高于参照组, 差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论五行音乐联合中医情志护理可以改善肺癌患者的心理痛苦, 降低患者的术后疼痛, 并提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of five elements music combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on improving postoperative pain in patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 82 patients with lung cancer admitted to Jinan Central Hospital from January 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the reference group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received five-element music,while the experimental group received TCM emotional nursing on the basis of the control group.The Distress Thermometer(DT),Quality of Life EORTC Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QOL-C30)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)were compared between the two groups before and 7 days,14 days and 28 days after intervention.Results After intervention,the psychological distress scores and pain scores of 7 days,14 days and 28 days were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the experimental group was lower than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores 7 days,14 days and 28 days after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the experimental group was higher than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Five elements music combined with TCM emotional nursing can improve the psychological pain of patients with lung cancer,reduce the postoperative pain of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
