摘 要:为了适应新工科发展理念,提升给排水科学与工程专业学生实践与科创能力,实现在实践教学中培养创新人才的目标,需要对水处理微生物学实验教学进行改革。以“污水处理厂活性污泥系统中耐受抗生素菌群的鉴定及分子表征”为例,通过开展耐药细菌分离鉴定、耐药菌计数、耐药基因扩增、琼脂糖凝胶电泳等实验,对课程涉及的各个基础实验进行有机组合,形成具有前沿性、实验方案多元性、结果多样性的创新型大实验,进而提高实验教学的创新性及综合性,更好达成课程的培养目标。通过将“互联网+”及科教融合引入水处理微生物学实验及完善考核方式和评价方式,激发了学生参与科技创兴的积极性,促进了实践教学水平和实验课教学效果的提高。In order to adapt to the development concept of new engineering disciplines,enhance the practical and innovative abilities of students majoring in water supply and drainage science and engineering,and achieve the goal of cultivating innovative talents in practical teaching,it is necessary to reform the experimental teaching of water treatment microbiology.Taking“Identification and molecular characterization of antibiotic resistant bacterial communities in activated sludge systems of sewage treatment plants”as an example,carrying out experiments such as isolation and identification of drug-resistant bacteria,counting of drug-resistant bacteria,amplification of drug-resistant genes,and agarose gel electrophoresis,the various basic experiments involved in the course are organically combined to form an innovative big experiment with cutting-edge,diversified experimental schemes,and diverse results.The innovative big experiment improves the innovation and comprehensiveness of experimental teaching,and better achieve the training objectives of the course.Through the introduction of“Internet plus”and science and education integration into water treatment microbiology experiments and the improvement of assessment methods and evaluation methods,the enthusiasm of students to participate in science and technology innovation is stimulated,and the practical teaching level and experimental teaching effect are improved.
