摘 要:植物多糖是一类结构复杂、绿色无毒的天然大分子化合物,由多种单糖组成,已被应用在高血压、高血糖等疾病的临床治疗中。近年来,植物多糖在肿瘤治疗方面的应用受到国内外学者的广泛关注,其作用范围正在不断扩大。本文以植物多糖相关文献为基础,对植物多糖的直接抗肿瘤作用和通过调节免疫细胞起到抗肿瘤作用两个方面进行综述,以期为植物多糖在抗肿瘤方面的进一步研究与开发提供理论参考。Plant polysaccharides are a class of complex,green,and non-toxic natural macromolecular compounds composed of various monosaccharides,which have been applied in the clinical treatment of diseases such as hypertension and hyperglycemia.In recent years,the application of plant polysaccharides in tumor treatment has received widespread attention from domestic and foreign scholars,and their scope of action is constantly expanding.This article reviews the direct anti-tumor effects of plant polysaccharides and their anti-tumor effects by regulating immune cells,based on relevant literature on plant polysaccharides.The aim is to provide theoretical references for further research and development of plant polysaccharides in anti-tumor fields.
