摘 要:透镜碘泡虫是鱼类重要的病原粘孢子虫,该寄生虫对不同宿主及其寄生部位造成不同程度的损伤,给鱼类养殖业带来严重的经济损失。为更深入地了解透镜碘泡虫的病原寄生特征,本文对透镜碘泡虫的研究进展进行了综述,描述了其形态特征和生活史,探讨了透镜碘泡虫的致病性和免疫学特点。由于目前对透镜碘泡虫的研究尚不充分,但其对鱼类养殖业的威胁日益显现,迫切需要有效的防控措施,因此,本文旨为透镜碘泡虫的病原鉴定和防治积累基础资料。Myxobolus lentisuturalis is an important Myxozoa pathogen of fish.The parasite could cause varying degrees of damage to its hosts and bring serious economic losses to aquaculture.To further understand the pathogenic and parasitic characteristics of Myxobolus lentisuturalis,the present study reviews the research progress of Myxobolus lentisuturalis,describes its morphological characteristics and life history,and discusses the pathogenicity and immunological characteristics of Myxobolus lentisuturalis.Due to the lack of research on Myxobolus lentisuturalis,the threat of Myxobolus lentisuturalis to fish culture is increasingly emerging,and effective prevention and control measures are urgently needed.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to accumulate basic data for pathogen identification and control of Myxobolus lentisuturalis.
