摘 要:采用低温化学沉淀法和冷冻浓缩结晶法处理模拟磷酸盐废水,考察了进水浓度、温度、pH与结晶时间等工艺参数对磷酸盐回收效果的影响。结果表明,低温条件下加入CaCl2生成Ca3(PO4)2沉淀较少,处理效果较差,但是可以加入碱调节pH,使沉淀增多;冷冻浓缩处理过程中的磷酸盐结晶析出较多,磷酸盐析出量随成冰率的增加而增加。The low temperature chemical precipitation and freezing concentration crystallization were used to treat simulated phosphate wastewater and investigate the effects of process parameters such as influent concentration,temperature,pH and crystallization time,etc.on phosphate recovery efficiency.The results showed less Ca3(PO4)2 precipitates when CaCl2 is added at a low temperature,and the treatment effect is poor,but the precipitation can be increased by adding alkali to increase pH.More phosphate crystals precipitates under freezing concentration treatment,and the amount of precipitated phosphate increases with the increase of ice formation rate.
