摘 要:干燥粉末或压滤滤饼有机颜料的传统生产工艺耗能大、单元操作复杂,滤饼含水较多,干滤饼粉碎时粉尘污染较严重,颜料使用形貌及性能亟待改进。本研究通过水相中与蜡结合的方式制备粒状无尘易分散铜酞菁蓝颜料(PPB15∶3),具有工艺简单、节能、粉尘污染较少的优点,提高了着色力。基本操作过程:在铜酞菁蓝(PB15∶3)与水的悬浮混合液中,加入PE蜡(聚乙烯蜡),搅拌加热,使PB15∶3与外层熔融的106型PE蜡结合,可获得颗粒均匀、易分散的铜酞菁蓝新剂型PPB15∶3,着色强度为109%。制备PPB15:3较优的条件为:m(PB15∶3)∶m(PE)=1∶1.2、粒径为250~630μm的106型PE蜡、温度80℃保持20 min、搅拌速率为200 r/min。The traditional production process of dry powder or filter cake organic pigments consumes a lot of energy,and complex unit operation.The filter cake contains a lot of water.There is a lot of dust pollution during the crushing of dry filter cake.The morphology and performance of pigment usage urgently need improvement.The granular dust-free and easy dispersible copper phthalocyanine blue pigment was prepared by combining it with wax in the aqueous phase.It had the advantages of simple process,energy saving,less dust pollution and improvement in coloring power.The basic operation process was:add PE wax(polyethylene wax) into the suspension mixture of copper phthalocyanine blue(PB15:3) and water.By stirring and heating,PB15:3 was combined with the outer layer of melted 106 type PE wax,then a new formulation of copper phthalocyanine blue PPB15:3 with uniform and easily dispersed particles could be obtained.The coloring intensity of the as-prepared was 109 %.The optimal conditions for preparing PPB15:3 are as follows:m(PB15:3):m(PE)=1:1.2,106 PE wax in 250~630 μm particle,temperature at 80 ℃ for 20 min,200 r/min of stirring rate.
