高校年鉴编纂实践与思考——以《湖南吉利汽车职业技术学院年鉴》编纂为例

摘　　要：高校年鉴是全面记载学校教育事业发展的年度史料性文献,是汇集学校全年主要工作情况的资料性文件汇编。本文首先简述了高校年鉴编纂的含义、现状与重要意义,再从成立编委组织机构、确立年鉴编纂框架体例和编纂规范化要求三个方面分析了《湖南吉利汽车职业技术学院年鉴》的编纂现状。最后结合实践,从构建完善的高校年鉴编纂制度、优化高校年鉴撰写内容的收录和创新高校年鉴编纂思路三个角度对高校年鉴编纂工作展开新的思考。University yearbook is an annual historical document that comprehensively records the development of school education,and is a compilation of material documents that collect the main work of the school throughout the year.This paper first briefly describes the implication,current situation and significance of university yearbook compilation,and then analyzes the compilation status of the Yearbook of Hunan Geely Automobile Vocational and Technical College from three aspects:the establishment of the editorial board,the establishment of the framework of yearbook compilation and the standardization requirements of compilation.Finally,combined with practice,it conducts new thinking of university yearbook compilation from the perspective of establishing the improved compilation system of university yearbook,optimizing the compilation content of university yearbook,and innovating the compilation idea of university yearbook.
