《黑图档·咸丰朝》所见盛京地区捐纳现象研究

摘　　要：《黑图档·咸丰朝》作为清代盛京内务府公文、档案副册,记载了清代盛京地区政治、经济、文化等一系列的信息。捐纳是咸丰年间为了解决财政危机而被迫采取的以出卖官缺而获取资金的措施。《黑图档·咸丰朝》中对此内容有着一定数量的记载。本文梳理其中捐纳相关规定的变化、基本形式和具体的管理、执行措施,并以此分析清代咸丰年间捐纳的特点。As the copy of official documents and archives of Shengjing Imperial Household Department in Qing Dynasty,Xianfeng Period of Hetu Dangse recorded a series of information about politics,economy and culture of Shengjing area in Qing Dynasty.Donation was a measure that was forced to be taken to obtain funds by selling vacant official positions in order to solve financial crisis in Xianfeng period of Qing Dynasty,a certain number of which were recorded in Xianfeng Period of Hetu Dangse.This paper analyzes the characteristics of donation in Xianfeng period of Qing Dynasty based on the changes of relevant provisions,basic forms and specific management and implementation measures.
