摘　　要：首先,通过定义数据归集平台的概念、内涵和基本原则,明确了关键环节。随后,探讨了开发区档案数据归集平台的技术架构设计,包括系统总体架构、归集对象与数据标准的界定、业务链与中间件的集成、可信处理链、可控服务链以及可溯源安全链。最后,进一步讨论了归集平台的关键技术与功能,如元数据标准与数据格式转换、数据质量管理、数据采集与整合、数据安全与访问控制、数据共享与交换、数据服务与应用支持。Firstly,by defining the concept,connotation and basic principles of the data collection platform,the key links are clarified.Then the technical architecture design of the archives data collection platform in development zone is discussed,including the overall system architecture,the definition of collection objects and data standards,the integration of business chain and middleware,credible processing chain,controllable service chain and traceable security chain.Finally,the key technologies and functions of the collection platform are further discussed,such as metadata standard and data format conversion,data quality management,data collection and integration,data security and access control,data sharing and exchange,data service and application support.
