摘　　要：成效评估是图书馆评估的发展趋势,也是理论研究者共同探讨的问题。文章对近20年来我国台湾地区图书馆成效评估相关研究进行梳理,从成效评估的概念与意义、评估内容、评估标准、评估方法等方面进行述评,并据此对我国内地地区图书馆成效评估实践与研究提出建议。Performance evaluation is the development trend of library assessment,and is also an issue discussed by theoretical researchers.This article will summarize the relevant research on the performance evaluation of libraries in Chinese Taiwan in the past 20 years from the aspects of the concepts and significance of performance evaluation,assessment content,assessment indexes and indicators,and assessment methods.Based on this,the article puts forward suggestions on the practice and research of library performance evaluation in China's mainland.
