摘 要:放顶煤端头支架一般由前架、中架和后架铰接而成,支架的受力状态复杂,加上底座狭长,容易损坏。为了研究底座损坏的原因,首先建立了放顶煤端头液压支架力学模型,找到后架底座合力及作用点。通过分析,得出支架所受水平力的大小影响后架底座合力作用点的位置和支架的稳定性。研究表明,为了维持平衡,后架底座和中架底座的铰点力是导致底座损坏的原因。该研究为该型端头支架底座的优化设计奠定了基础。The face-end support for the top coal caving is generally hinged by a front support,a middle support,and a rear support.The stress state of the support is complex,and coupled with the narrow and long base,it is easy to be damaged.In order to study the causes of base damage,firstly,a mechanical model of the face-end support for the top coal caving end was established in this paper,and the resultant force and the point of action of the rear support base were identified.Then,through analysis,it was found that the magnitude of the horizontal force acting on the support affected the position of the resultant force point of the rear support base and the stability of the support.The research had shown that in order to maintain balance,the hinge-force between the rear support base and the middle support base was the cause of the base damage.This research laid the foundation for the optimization design of the base of this type of face-end support.
