摘 要:在介绍矿用自卸车传统电传动牵引系统的基础上,搭建了永磁驱动系统,并阐述了永磁同步牵引电动机的数学模型和控制策略。根据永磁同步牵引电动机的特性及矿用自卸车的工况特点,提出了高速段的永磁电动机弱磁控制策略。通过仿真和试验,验证了永磁电动机控制策略的有效性。同时,经样车矿山测试,永磁驱动系统较传统电传动(电励磁发电机和鼠笼驱动电动机)系统有明显的油耗改善,对露天矿山节能减排有重要意义。Based on the introduction of the traditional electric drive traction system of the mining dump truck,the permanent magnet drive system was built and the mathematical model and control strategy of the permanent magnet synchronous traction motor were described.Then,according to the characteristics of the permanent magnet synchronous traction motor and the working conditions of the mining dump truck,the flux-weakening control strategy of the permanent magnet motor in high speed section was proposed.The effectiveness of the permanent magnet motor control strategy was verified by simulation and experiment.At the same time,the mine testing of fhe prototype vehicle showed that the permanent magnet drive system had great improvement for fuel consumption compared with the traditional electric drive(electric excitation generator and squirrel cage drive motor)system,which was of great significance for energy saving and emission reduction in open-pit mines.
