摘　　要：介绍了JKSimMet软件仿真试验的方法和步骤;利用前期详细的流程考察结果,对刚果(金)某大型铜钴矿D6400×L3500半自磨机—圆筒筛回路进行了模型拟合,并在此基础上进行了回路仿真试验。试验主要包括半自磨机装球率仿真试验,半自磨机装球率、处理量的两因素-多水平仿真试验和顽石口尺寸、数量与矿石硬度仿真试验。工业实践表明,在排矿端格子板引入顽石口,可以增加顽石排出量,初步验证了仿真结果。该回路仿真试验为提高半自磨机处理量、电能利用效率、顽石排出量指明了方向。The methods and steps of the simulation experiment using JKSimMet software were introduced in this article.Then,based on the detailed process investigation results in the early stage,the model fitting was carried out on the D6400×L3500 SAG mill with trommel in a large copper-cobalt mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo,and the simulation experiment for the circuit was conducted on this basis.The experiment mainly included simulation experiments on the ball loading rate of the SAG mill,the multi-level simulation experiment on the two factors of ball loading rate and processing capacity of the SAG mill,and simulation experiments on the size and quantity of the hard rock outlet and the ore hardness.The industrial practice had shown that introducing a hard rock outlet into the grid plate at the ore discharge end could increase the discharge rate of the hard rock,which had verified the simulation results preliminarily.The simulation experiment of this circuit pointed out the direction for improving the processing capacity,the power energy efficiency,and the hard stone discharge of the SAG mill.
