摘 要:结合磨机实际运行特性,通过离散元软件EDEM建立了半自磨机的计算模型,实现对磨矿过程的模拟;分析了在转速、填充率及矿浆颗粒均相同的条件下,不同衬板排数及衬板截面对磨机性能的影响。结果表明,衬板排数对整机功率的影响较小,排数增加可以减小衬板的磨损,延长使用寿命。该研究结果可为半自磨机衬板排数等参数的选择提供理论依据。Combined with the actual operating characteristics of the mill,a computational model of the SAG mill was established by the discrete element software EDEM to realize the simulation of its grinding process.Then,the effects of different number of liner rows and different liner sections on the performance of the mill were analyzed under the same conditions of rotational speed,filling rate and slurry particles.The results showed that the number of liner rows had less effect on the power of the whole machine,and the increase of the row numbers could reduce the wear of the liner and prolong its service life.The results of the study could provide theoretical basis for the selection of parameters such as the number of liner rows of SAG mill.
