摘 要:针对某矿山使用的2200×8400槽式双轴螺旋洗矿机生产效率远不达标的问题,运用离散元仿真软件EDEM,研究了不同叶片形状、数量和布置方式对洗矿效率的影响。仿真结果发现,原有的结构形式在单位时间内洗矿产量和洗矿质量无法同时保障;若将洗矿机按擦洗区、过渡区和运输区分别设计为大间距间断、小间距间断和较大间距连续螺旋结构形式,其效率得到了极大提升,在保障洗矿质量的前提下,其产量比原洗矿机提高了111.24%。In view of the problem that the production efficiency of the 2200×8400 trough-type double-shaft screw washer used in a mine was far from the standard,the discrete element simulation software EDEM was used to study the influence of different blade shape,number and arrangement on the ore washing efficiency.The simulation results showed that the original structure could not,at the same time,guarantee the output and quality of ore washing in unit time.If the screw blade of the washer was designed into three structures:large spacing interval blade,small spacing interval blade and larger spacing continuous screw blade,according to the scrubbing zone,the transition zone and the transportation zone respectively,its efficiency had been greatly improved.Under the premise of ensuring the quality of ore washing,its output was 111.24%higher than that of the original washer.
