摘  要:为研究施用AM真菌(AMF)与磷对毛红椿幼苗生长、生理的影响,本文采用双因素盆栽实验,将幼苗分为接菌(AMF)和不接菌(Non-AMF)2组,分别进行不同磷浓度处理(P0:0 mmol·L^(-1),P1:1 mmol·L^(-1),P2:2 mmol·L^(-1)),测定毛红椿根系侵染率、幼苗生长状况、生物量、养分、叶绿素荧光参数、可溶性蛋白、抗氧化酶等指标。根系菌根侵染率表现为AMF×P1高于AMF×P0和AMF×P2,220 d(生长II期)毛红椿幼苗高于120 d(生长I期)幼苗。在生长I期,与未接菌相比,AMF×P1和AMF×P2促进了毛红椿幼苗的株高、地径、复叶数、总根长、根表面积及磷、钾的吸收量,而AMF×P0则无明显变化;在生长II期,Non-AMF×P2幼苗的生长指标、生物量及氮磷钾的吸收能力接近于AMF×P1和AMF×P2。相较于未接菌处理,接种AM真菌显著增强了生长I期毛红椿幼苗的F_(v)/F_(0)和F_(v)/F_(m),而未接菌且未施磷的幼苗其F_(0)最高,F_(v)/F_(m)和F_(v)/F_(0)最低。综上所述,一定的磷浓度与AM真菌相结合可以弥补缺磷引起的生长抑制,能显著促进毛红椿幼苗的生长,且AM真菌与磷互作对幼苗的促生效应要早于单纯的施用较高浓度磷。The effects of AM fungi and phosphorus on the growth and physiology of Toona ciliata var.pubescens seedlings were studied.Using two-factor pot experiment,the seedlings were divided into inoculated(AMF)and non-inoculated(Non-AMF)groups,and treated with different phosphorus concentrations(P0:0 mmol‧L^(-1),P1:1 mmol‧L^(-1),P2:2 mmol‧L^(-1)),respectively.The root infection rate,seedling growth,biomass,nutrients,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,soluble proteins,and antioxidant enzymes were measured.The root mycorrhizal infection rate showed that AMF×P1 was higher than AMF×P0 and AMF×P2,and 220 d seedlings(growth stage II)was higher than 120 d seedlings(growth stage I).In growth stage I,compared to Non-AMF,AMF×P1 and AMF×P2 promoted the plant height,diameter,number of compound leaves,total root length,root surface area,and phosphorus and potassium uptake of seedlings,while AMF×P0 showed no significant change.In growth stage II,the growth indicators,biomass,and nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium absorption capacity of Non-AMF×P2 were similar to those of AMF×P1 and AMF×P2.Compared to the Non-AMF,inoculation with AM fungi significantly enhanced F_(v)/F_(0)and F_(v)/F_(m)in the growth stage I seedlings,while seedlings of Non-AMF×P0 had the highest F_(0),and the lowest F_(v)/F_(0)and F_(v)/F_(m).In summary,a certain concentration of phosphorus combined with AMF can compensate for the growth inhibition caused by phosphorus deficiency,and the interaction between AMF and phosphorus shows a promoting effect on seedling growth earlier than simply applying higher concentrations of phosphorus.
