摘  要:杆式应变天平在风洞试验中应用非常广泛。随着先进飞行器研制技术的发展,常见基于弯曲变形整体加工的力矩天平,难以满足风洞测力试验的需求,迫切需要更高承载能力、更高刚度的装配式力天平来承担高精度测力任务。通过文献综合调研了国内外装配式力天平发展现状和相关技术领域的研究热点,主要介绍了装配式力天平的基本工作原理,并从结构设计、制造装配、天平校准三个方面分析了这类天平研制的关键技术,总结了天平研制与应用的优势与缺点,为该类力天平自主研制发展提供参考。The rear sting strain gauge balances are widely used in wind tunnel tests.With the development of technologies of the advanced aircrafts,the common one-piece moment balances based on bending deformation cannot meet the increasing demands of the wind tunnel force tests,which makes it urgent to design more capable and stiffer unitized force balance to undertake the task of high-precision aerodynamic force tests.Through the literature comprehensive research on the development status of unitized force balance and the research hotspots in related fields at home and abroad,we mainly introduce the basic working principle of the unitized force balance,with analysis of the key technologies of force balance development from three aspects of structural design,manufacturing and assembly,and balance calibration,and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of unitized force balance development and application,so as to provide references for the development of force balance independently.
