摘 要:本文追踪中蒙边境阿尔泰山区新发鼠疫点与两翼口岸区鼠疫的流行动态。通过在中蒙边境塔克什肯阿尔泰山区的新发鼠疫点与周边新洞群及其东西两翼老爷庙、吉木乃口岸展开鼠疫追踪调查,用弓型夹日法、5 m夹线等方法,采集鼠疫可检材料,用鼠疫血清学、四步检验法及分子生物学方法检测鼠疫病原体。监测结果显示:在3个口岸区监测点布夹2660个,捕获鼠类7科11属11种104只,捕获率为3.91%。其中,在塔克什肯口岸区及阿尔泰山区新发疫点布夹1760个,捕获动物78只,捕获率为4.43%,在新发疫点及周边新增3个洞群7只长尾黄鼠、2只林鼬中检出9份鼠疫F1抗体阳性,阳性率为11.54%,新发现染疫鼠洞5个,鼠洞染疫率为0.97%。3个口岸鼠体总染蚤率52.88%,总蚤指数2.82。以上结果表明,2023年在中蒙边境阿尔泰山区首发鼠疫点与周边区域再次从长尾黄鼠及林鼬中检出鼠疫F1抗体,该区为新发鼠疫点且周边鼠疫仍处于活跃状态。This article tracks the epidemic dynamics of newly plagued sites in the Altai Mountains along the Sino-Mongolia border and the plague in its two-flank areas.Plague tracking and investigation was carried out in the newly plagued sites in the Takshken Altai Mountains along the Sino-Mongolia border,the surrounding new cave groups,the Laoye Temple on the east and west flanks,and the Jimunai Port.Plague testable materials were collected using methods including the bow-shaped trap-on-the-day method and the 5-meter clamp method.Plague pathogens were detected by plague serology,four-step assay and molecular biology methods.The monitoring results are as follows:2,660 traps were placed at the monitoring sites in the three port areas,and 104 rodents of 11species,11 genera,and 7 families were captured,with a capture rate of 3.91%.Among them,1,760 traps were placed in the newly plagued sites in Takshken Port Area and the Altai Mountains,and 78 animals were captured,with a capture rate of 4.43%.9 plague F1 antibodies were detected in 7 Citellus undulatus and 2 Mustela putorius in 3 new cave groups in the new epidemic sites and their surroundings,with a positive rate of 11.54%,and 5 newly infected rat holes were found,with a plague infection rate of 0.97%.The total flea infection rate and total flea index of rodents in the three ports were 52.88% and 2.82.The above results show that in 2023,plague F1 antibodies were detected once again from Citellus undulatus and Mustela putorius in the first plagued site and surrounding areas in the Altai Mountains along the Sino-Mongolia border.And in these newly plagued sites and surrounding areas,the plague is still active.
