摘　　要：左心室乳头肌(left ventricular papillary muscles,LVPMs)起源的室性心律失常(ventricular arrhythmias,VAs)是临床工作中标测和消融的难点,文章对LVPMs起源VAs的射频消融策略的综合文献及临床经验做一总结,旨在总结并分析LVPMs起源VAs的标测及消融策略。文章包括了LVPMs的多个关键方面,如LVPMs的相关解剖特点、体表心电图、消融策略及未来发展趋势。Ventricular arrhythmias(VAs)originating from the left ventricular papillary muscles(LVPMs)are the challenges in clinical diagnostics and ablation.This article focuses on a comprehensive literature review of radiofrequency ablation strategies for VAs originating from LVPMs,aiming to summarize and analyze the diagnostics and ablation strategies of ventricular arrhythmias originating from LVPMs.This article includes several key aspects of LVPMs,such as the related anatomical characteristics of LVPMs,surface electrocardiogram,ablation strategies and future development trends.
