摘　　要：抗生素的出现改写了人类命运,但耐药菌的出现使得细菌感染治疗变得困难,甚至无药可用,开发新型抗感染策略势在必行。紫外线可以有效杀灭细菌,但高密度的紫外线易引发皮肤癌,使用场景有限。太阳能总光谱中可见光和近红外光的能量占比很大,但是直接照射却无法高效杀死细菌。光活性纳米材料的发展为开发可见光和红外光响应的新型抗菌剂和抗菌策略提供了新契机。依据光活性纳米材料的杀菌机制进行分类,总结了利用可见光和近红外光高效杀菌的几种常见杀菌技术,重点介绍了近5年光动力和光热杀菌及其相关技术的重要进展与应用,力求用通俗易懂的语言向大家传播光杀菌技术的原理、现状及未来发展前景,丰富生物工程相关专业的课堂教学内容,拓宽学生学术视野,提升专业素养。The emergence of antibiotics has rewritten the fate of mankind,but the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria has made the treatment of bacterial infections difficult or even unavailable,and it is imperative to develop new anti-infection strategies.Although ultraviolet rays can effectively kill bacteria,but high-density ultraviolet rays are easy to cause skin cancer,and the use scenarios are limited.Although visible and infrared light accounts for a large proportion of the energy in the total solar energy spectrum,direct irradiation cannot kill bacteria.The development of photoactive nanomaterials provides new opportunities for the development of novel antimicrobial agents and antimicrobial strategies based on visible and infrared light.This paper reviews several common sterilization technologies related to visible light and infrared light according to the main mechanism of photoactive nanomaterial sterilization,focuses on the important achievements and practical applications of photodynamic and photothermal sterilization technology in the past three years,and strives to introduce interesting knowledge in a popular language.
