摘 要:灌区续建配套与现代化改造工程节水评价分析是科学合理论证灌区工程建设规模的重要技术环节,对灌区续建配套与现代化改造项目具有十分重要的工程意义。为此,结合鸭河口灌区续建配套与现代化改造工程节水评价分析典型实践案例展开分析研究。结果表明,熟悉灌区流域概况,确定节水评价依据及评价遵循原则;重点围绕灌区现状供用水节水水平与节水潜力分析、节水目标与指标、规划水平年节水符合性分析(主要包括需水预测成果节水符合性分析、可供水量预测成果节水符合性分析和节水符合性评价)和节水保障措施(主要包括农业、城镇生活及工业节水措施)等方面实施节水评价分析。可为类似灌区续建配套与现代化改造工程实践提供借鉴参考。The evaluation and analysis of water-saving in the supporting facilities and modernization transformation project is an important technical link for the scientific and reasonable demonstration of the construction scale of irrigation area project.It has very important engineering significance for the supporting facilities and modernization transformation project of irrigation area.Therefore,the typical practice case analysis of water-saving evaluation and modernization transformation project.The results show that the author is familiar with the evaluation basis of the water saving and follow the principles.The analysis of water saving level and potential,goals and indicators of planning level,which mainly includes water saving conformity,and water saving guarantee measures,which mainly includes agricultural,urban life and industrial water saving measures are focused on.It can provide reference for the practice of supporting facilities and modernization transformation projects in similar irrigation areas.
