摘 要:混凝土因水泥硬化过程中产生大量的水化热导致内外温差较大而产生温度裂缝。某工程堰体混凝土分两期浇筑、间隔时间长且强度等级相差3级,钢筋间距小且直径较大、堰体坡陡,混凝土入仓困难,二期混凝土浇筑在一期台阶状基础上进行。因台阶的顶角应力集中且受力最薄弱导致裂缝产生,施工中以“内降外保”的原则从配合比、原材料质量、结构优化、蒸汽养护和系统的温控措施进行预防,经三次试验堰体混凝土浇筑试验结束后无裂缝产生,外观质量优良达到预防裂缝的目的。The temperature crack of concrete is caused by the large temperature difference between inside and outside due to the large amount of hydration heat generated in the process of cement hardening.Weir body concrete of a project is divided into two phases.The interval time is long and the strength level is different by 3 levels.The distance between the steel bar is small and the diameter is large.The slope of weir body is steep.and it is difficult to put concrete into silo.The second phase of concrete pouring is carried out on the step foundation of the first phase.The crack occurs because of the concentrated top angle stress of the step and the weakest of the force.In the construction,the principle of internal reduction and external protection is adopted from the mixture ratio,raw material quality,structure optimization,steam maintenance and temperature control measures of the system.No cracks were found after three weir concrete placement test.The appearance quality is good,and the purpose of preventing cracks has been achieved.
