自主知识体系建构中的国家安全学概念体系创新——基于总体国家安全观的考察

摘　　要：概念与概念体系构成了自主知识体系构建的基石。总体国家安全观蕴含着我国国家安全自主概念体系的核心因子,成为国家安全学自主知识体系构建的逻辑起点。总体国家安全观具有继承性与创新性、政治性与学术性、自主性与包容性相统一的特征,创新性地提出了一系列具有时代性、原创性、标识性的概念,形成了内在逻辑一致的概念体系。从总体国家安全观中提炼研究国家安全问题的概念和概念体系,是构建我国国家安全学自主知识体系的必然要求。在此过程中,应在总体国家安全观指导下推进概念体系优化;在强化概念意识中提炼具有标识性的概念;在解答现实问题中实现具体现象的概念化抽象;在将中国特色融入世界性中实现概念体系升华,努力构建逻辑自洽的学科知识图谱,为推进我国国家安全学繁荣发展贡献力量。Concepts and conceptual systems constitute the cornerstone of the construction of independent knowledge systems.The holistic approach to national security contains the core factors of China's independent conceptual system of national security and serves as the logical starting point for the construction of an independent knowledge system of national security studies.The holistic approach to national security is characterized by both inheritance and innovation,political and academic nature,independence and inclusiveness.It puts forward a series of novel,original,and distinctive concepts,forming a concept system with internally consistent logic.Extracting and studying the concepts and conceptual systems of national security issues from the holistic approach to national security is an inevitable requirement for constructing China's independent knowledge system of national security studies.In this process,we should promote the optimization of the conceptual system under the guidance of the holistic approach to national security;extract distinctive concepts by strengthening conceptual awareness;realize the conceptualization of specific phenomena in answering practical problems;elevate the conceptual system by integrating Chinese characteristics into the world;and strive to build a logically self-consistent discipline knowledge graph,making contributions to promoting the prosperity and development of China's national security studies.
