摘 要:主要设计一款能产生90 t/h蒸汽量的快速流态化石英砂高温换热装置,以解决风力发电和光伏发电的不稳定性和不可调控性问题,把电能转变成高温热,再生成过热蒸汽,推动汽轮机转动,提供旋转惯量和一次调频能力,使产生的电能平滑输出。确定快速流态化石英砂高温换热装置的设计模型,确定设计的工况范围。通过计算换热器埋管与床层之间的传热系数,设计出快速流态化石英砂高温换热装置各系统的各项参数。A fast fluidized quartz sand high-temperature heat exchange device was designed,which can produce steam of 90 t/h to solve the instability and uncontrollability of wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation,convert electric energy into high-temperature heat,regenerate into superheated steam,promote turbine rotation,and provide rotary inertia and primary frequency modulation capability,so that the generated electric energy smooth output.The design model of fast fluidized quartz sand high-temperature heat exchange device were determined,and the design working range was determined.By calculating the heat transfer coefficient between the buried tube and the bed of the heat exchanger,the parameters of each system of the fast fluidized quartz sand high-temperature heat exchange device were designed.
