金达矿10号煤层安全防灭火技术初步研究

摘　　要：以金达矿10号煤层综采工作面为研究背景,在分析煤层火灾影响因素的基础上,分析了煤层防灭火系统总体方案,初步研究了灌浆防灭火系统、注氮防灭火系统、消防洒水系统等煤层防灭火系统设计方案,并给出了工作面安装期间、正常回采期间、停采或相对缓慢期间不同生产期间工作面防灭火措施,为10号煤层防灭火系统的应用提供参考。Based on the research background of the fully mechanized mining face of 10#coal seam in Jinda Coal Mine and the analysis of the influencing factors of coal seam fire,this paper analyzed the overall scheme of coal seam fire prevention system and preliminarily studied the design scheme of coal seam fire prevention system such as grouting fire prevention system,nitrogen injection fire prevention system and fire sprinkler system,etc.,and provided fire prevention and extinguishing measures for different production periods such as installation period,normal mining period,shutdown or relatively slow period,providing reference for the application of fire prevention and extinguishing system in 10#coal seam.
