摘　　要：随着中国经济的快速发展和工业化进程的推进,洗煤生产安全管理的重要性日益凸显。针对洗煤生产安全管理中存在的问题,提出了精益生产理论,探讨了其在洗煤生产安全管理中的应用。通过优化生产流程、强化安全管理,提高了洗煤的效率和安全性,实现了煤炭的安全高效生产。Along with the rapid development of economy and the advancement of the industrialization process in China,the importance of safety management of coal wash production highlights day by day.Aiming at the problems existing in the safety management of coal washing production,the lean production theory was put forward,its application in the safety management of coal washing production was discussed,and the safe and efficient production can be realized.
