摘 要:综采是一种煤炭高效开采技术,适用于倾角较小煤层的开采。为了提高开采效率,煤矿开始使用综采技术进行大倾角煤层开采,这使得综采技术的应用面临许多问题。首先,分析了大倾角煤层综采工作面回采关键技术问题,主要有液压支架稳定性、运输机稳定性和回采工艺工序等方面。然后,结合具体情况探讨了大倾角煤层综采工作面回采情况。可以为实现大倾角煤层的高效开采提供一定的技术参考。Fully-mechanized mining is an efficient coal mining technology,which is suitable for mining coal seams with small inclination.In order to improve the mining efficiency,coal mines begin to use fully-mechanized mining technology in mining high-inclination coal seams,which makes the application of fully-mechanized mining technology face many problems.Firstly,the key technical problems of fully-mechanized mining face in high-inclination coal seam were analyzed,including the stability of hydraulic support,the stability of transport and the mining process.Then,combined with the specific situation,the mining situation of fully-mechanized mining technology face in high-inclination coal seam was discussed,which can provide some technical reference for realizing high efficiency mining of high inclination coal seam.
