摘　　要：在煤炭洗选过程中,洗选设备运行中存在的问题直接影响煤炭洗选效果和生产效率。通过对煤炭洗选设备的现状进行分析,探讨了重介浅槽分选机、磁选机和浮选机这些常见洗选设备存在的问题。针对这些问题,提出了一系列解决措施,包括建立质量控制体系、技术改进与优化、运行与维护管理等。采取这些解决措施,可以有效解决煤炭洗选设备运行中存在的问题,提高洗选效果和生产效率。In the process of coal washing,the problems existing in the operation of coal washing equipment directly affect the effect of coal washing and production efficiency.Based on the analysis of the present situation of coal washing equipment,the existing problems of coal washing equipment such as heavy medium shallow tank separator,magnetic separator and flotation machine were discussed.To solve these problems,a series of solutions were put forward,including the establishment of quality control system,technical improvement and optimization,operation and maintenance management.Taking these measures can effectively solve the problems existing in the operation of coal washing equipment and improve the washing effect and production efficiency.
