摘  要:通过试验的方式对阀门中的阀轴与轴套多种材料之间的配合进行研究和分析。主要从材料的成本、轴套耐高温性和耐腐蚀性、模拟试验进行比较分析,得出阀轴与轴套的最适合配对。该试验主要分析评估阀轴与轴套的润滑性和耐磨性,进而优化在不同工况下,如何去选择阀轴与轴套材料。选择合适的轴套,对阀门来说至关重要,能减少设备的磨损、振动和噪音,并有防腐蚀和密封的效果,在发生振动而出现运动方向偏移时,轴套有固定作用。选择合适的轴套对后续进一步优化阀门的设计结构选型、采购、生产有指导性的作用。The match between valve shaft and bushing materials in valve is studied and analyzed by means of test.Mainly from the cost of materials,bushing high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance,simulation test is compared and analyzed,the most suitable pairing of valve shaft and bushing is obtained.The test mainly analyzes and evaluates the lubricity and wear resistance of the valve shaft and sleeve,and then optimizes how to select the valve shaft and sleeve materials under different working conditions.Choosing the right bushing,the valve plays a lot of role,can reduce the wear,vibration and noise of the equipment,and has the effect of anti-corrosion and sealing,in the vibration and movement direction deviation,the bushing has a fixed role.The selection of the appropriate bushing has a guiding effect on the further optimization of the design structure selection,procurement and production of the valve.
