摘　　要：介绍了泛塞圈的发展历史、主要的应用领域、泛塞圈中金属弹簧和塑料夹套的材料选择以及泛塞圈的结构组成和工作原理、泛塞圈零件结构优化等内容。针对应用在深冷球阀中不同部位处的泛塞圈提出了最优结构型式建议。介绍了泛塞圈在深冷球阀单活塞、双活塞的密封要求下的选用方法,并详细说明了泛塞圈在活塞壳体内、孔洞壳体内以及敞口式沟槽中的安装方式。同时对泛塞圈在不同部位的安装过程中可能出现的问题以及使用过程中的问题进行了总结归纳,提出了新型的泛塞圈安装方案以及性能测试方案,通过与传统方案进行对比,为后续深冷工况用泛塞圈的选用、安装、测试提供参考。This article introduces the development history,main application fields,material selection of metal springs and plastic sleeves in the lipseals as well as the structural composition and working principle of the lipseals,and the optimization of the lipseals component structure.Suggestions for the optimal structural type of lipseals applied in different parts of cryogenic ball valves.Introduced the selection method of the lipseals under the sealing requirements of single piston and double piston in cryogenic ball valves,and detailed the installation method of the piston ring in the piston housing,hole housing,and open groove.At the same time,the possible problems that may arise during the installation and use of the lipseals in different parts were summarized and summarized and a new type of lipseals installation scheme and performance testing scheme were proposed.By comparing with traditional schemes,reference was provided for the selection,installation,and testing of lipseals for subsequent deep cold working conditions.
