摘  要:大坝混凝土在大体积浇筑过程中由于水泥水化放热,易在混凝土内部形成不均匀的温度梯度应力场,增加了混凝土开裂风险。以赤坳水库主坝除险加固工程为研究背景,针对大体积混凝土浇筑施工中的温控防裂,提出冷却水循环系统降温,结合温度场函数测控系统的大体积混凝土降温测温一体系统,达到精细化、安全化指导温控施工的目的。During the large volume pouring process of dam concrete,due to the heat release from cement hydration,an uneven temperature gradient stress field is easily formed inside the concrete,which increases the risk of concrete cracking.This paper takes the main dam reinforcement project of Chiao Reservoir as the research background,and proposes a cooling water circulation system for temperature control and crack prevention in the construction of large volume concrete pouring.A temperature field function measurement and control system combined with a large volume concrete cooling and temperature measurement integrated system achieves the goal of precision and safety guidance for temperature control construction.
