摘　　要：农村居民生活用水关系到普通老百姓的切身利益,是关系到老百姓最基本“生活质量”的民生大事,是最基本的民生问题。为确保安泾川县农村全饮水领域脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接,推动农村供水管理事业高质量发展,对全县农村供水管理现状、机制以及管理水平进行了认真调研和分析,得出了制约我县农村供水管理水平滞后的7个重要因素,同时提出了推动农村供水管理事业高质量发展的7项措施。Rural residents'domestic water is related to the vital interests of ordinary people,the most basic livelihood event related to the people's"quality of life",and the most basic livelihood issue.In order to ensure the effective connection between the poverty alleviation achievements in the field of rural drinking water in Jingchuan county and rural revitalization,and promote the high-quality development of rural water supply management,this paper carefully investigated and analyzed the current situation,mechanism and management level of rural water supply management in the county.It concludes seven important factors restricting the lag of rural water supply management in our county,and puts forward seven measures to promote the high-quality development of rural water supply management.
