摘 要:为了获得12.7 mm穿燃弹侵彻30CrMnSi钢板的剩余速度和断裂特性,开展了12.7 mm穿燃弹侵彻不同厚度30CrMnSi靶板的试验研究,分别利用激光测速和测速靶测量了弹心穿靶前后的速度,通过改变靶厚获得了12.7mm穿燃弹对30CrMnSi靶板的极限穿深。然后使用LS-DYNA动力学软件,利用FEM网格与SPH粒子相结合的数值模拟方法对12.7 mm穿燃弹侵彻30CrMnSi靶板的过程进行了仿真计算。最后利用穿甲力学理论对穿燃弹的侵彻深度、剩余速度和不同厚度靶板的弹道极限进行了理论计算。结果表明:弹心剩余长度随着靶板厚度的增加而增加,弹心的侵蚀区域由弹身部位逐渐向弹尾移动,弹性区域逐渐扩大,并且随着靶板厚度的增加,靶板的弹道极限也随之增加,弹心侵彻靶板后的剩余速度逐渐降低,根据理论计算,12.7 mm穿燃弹对30CrMnSi靶板的理论侵彻深度约为27.7 mm,与试验结果相符。In order to obtain the residual velocity and fracture characteristics of 12.7 mm armor piercing incendiary(API)penetrating 30CrMnSi steel plates,experimental studies on the penetration of 12.7 mm API into 30CrMnSi targets of different thicknesses were carried out.The velocity of the projectile before and after penetrating the target was measured using laser velocimetry and velocimetry targets,and the ultimate penetration depth of the 12.7 mm API into the 30CrMnSi target plate was obtained by changing the target thickness.In addition,LS-DYNA dynamics software was used to study the process of 12.7 mm API penetration into the 30CrMnSi target plate by numerical simulation method combined with FEM mesh and SPH particles.The penetration depth,residual velocity of bullets and ballistic limit of the target plates with different thickness were calculated theoretically by the theory of armor penetration mechanics.The results show that the length of the residual bullet increases with the increase of the thickness of the target plate;the erosion area of the bullet moves gradually from the body part to the tail;the elastic area of the bullet expands gradually.With the increase of the thickness of the target plate,the ballistic limit of the target plate also increases,and the residual velocity of the bullet after penetration gradually decreases.According to the theoretical calculation,the theoretical penetration depth of the 12.7 mm API on the 30CrMnSi target plate is about 27.7 mm,which is consistent with the experimental result.
