摘 要:通过分析某110kV变电站避雷器爆炸事故,选取了避雷器的3片阀片作为试验样品,进行人工模拟阀片受潮,结合红外测试和材料分析结果,说明短期内受潮水分难以进入阀片内部,可排除避雷器阀片装配时受潮可能。通过对爆炸避雷器解体和相关测试结果分析发现避雷器爆炸原因为:在运输或安装过程中因发生碰撞造成瓷套管受损开裂,瓷套绝缘强度降低,导致高低压两极贯穿性放电,最终造成爆炸。By analyzing the explosion accident of a lightning arrester in a 110 kV substation,three valve plates of the lightning arrester are selected as test samples to simulate the moisture of the valve plate manually.And then,combined with the results of infrared test and material analysis,it shows that it is difficult for moisture to enter the valve plate in the short term,which eliminates the possibility of moisture in the assembly of the arrester valve plate.According to the disassembly analysis and related test results of the explosion arrester,the cause of the arrester explosion comes up as follows:The porcelain bushing is damaged and cracked due to collision during transportation or installation.As a result,the insulation strength of the porcelain bushing is reduced,which brings about the high and low voltage bipolar discharge,and final explosion of the arrester.
