摘　　要：目的:系统评价我国各区域大型医用设备配置的均衡程度,为建立适宜的大型医用设备配置规划管理体系提供政策建议。方法:选取2016—2021年31个省域的面板数据,采用Dagum基尼系数、集聚度、核密度估计等方法,测度大型医用设备配置的公平程度、集聚度匹配水平及其时空演化特征。结果:大型医用设备布局的均等化程度有所提升,东部地区的配置公平程度优于中部、西部地区;区域间差异显著影响配置均衡程度;大型医用设备的总体集聚度匹配水平逐步改善,但区域间差异增大,存在两极分化风险。结论:科学评估区域大型医用设备需求,完善区域协调共享机制,统筹推进大型医用设备的均衡化布局,更好地满足人民群众的医疗服务需求。Objective To systematically evaluate the degree of equilibrium of large medical equipment allocation in various regions of China,and to provide policy suggestions for establishing an appropriate planning and management system for large medical equipment allocation.Methods The panel data of 31 provinces from 2016 to 2021 were selected.Dagum Gini coefficient,agglomeration degree and kernel density estimation were used to measure the degree of fairness of large medical equipment allocation,the level of agglomeration matching,and its spatiotemporal evolution characteristics.Results The degree of equalization of the layout of large medical equipment has been improved,and the degree of fairness of the allocation in the eastern region was better than that in the central and western regions.Regional differences significantly affected the degree of equilibrium.The overall level of agglomeration matching of large medical equipment has been gradually improved,but regional differences have increased,and there was a risk of polarization.Conclusion It is necessary to scientifically evaluate regional demand for large medical equipment,improve regional coordination and sharing mechanism,promote the balanced layout of large medical equipment,in order to better meet the people's medical service needs.
