摘  要:以聚酯纤维为研究对象,对其进行了表面电气石负载改性整理,以增加聚酯纤维的远红外辐射率和负离子释放等功能。采用单因素分析法分别探讨了时间、硅烷偶联剂用量及温度对聚酯纤维改性整理效果的影响。结果表明:聚酯纤维最佳改性整理工艺条件为1g聚酯短纤维浸泡在含有电气石的硅烷偶联剂酸性溶液中,于50℃烘箱中静置反应6h时,电气石负载率可达1.71%。对所得改性整理纤维进行表征及性能测试,电气石粉体成功引入到了聚酯纤维表面,其远红外辐射率达0.7,负离子释放量为950ions/cm^(3)。Polyester fiber was taken as the research object,and tourmaline was loaded on its surface to increase the far-infrared radiation rate and enhance the release of negative ions.The influence of reaction time,the amount of silane coupling agent and reaction temperature on the modification and treatment effect of polyester fiber was investigated by single factor analysis method.The results indicated that the optimum modification conditions for polyester fibers were as follows:1 gram of polyester staple fibers were immersed in an acidic solution containing tourmaline and silane coupling agent,reacted in an oven at 50℃for 6h,and the tourmaline loading rate reached 1.71%.The obtained modified fibers were characterized and tested.The results showed that tourmaline powder was successfully introduced into the surface of polyester fibers,with a far-infrared radiation rate of 0.7 and a negative ion release amount of 950 ions/cm^(3).
