摘 要:以己二醇二丙烯酸酯和三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯作为复合活性稀释剂,1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮和双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)苯基氧化膦作为复合光引发剂,优化低聚物用量、复配稀释剂配比及用量、复配光引发剂配比及用量等因素,获得固化速率快、黏度低并且力学性能优良的光固化环氧丙烯酸体系,并研究其性能。结果表明:当EA用含量为60%,复合稀释剂TPGDA与HDDA比值为8∶2,用量为35%,复合光引发剂184与TPO比值为4∶6,用量为4.5%时,光固化体系树脂的综合性能最优异,拉伸强度为33.42MPa,断裂伸长率为14.5%,冲击强度为2.41kJ/m^(2),其起始分解温度为322.61℃、最大分解速率温度为383.18℃、质量损失50%时的温度为392.4℃、最终的残余率为4.54%,通过拉伸断面微观形貌分析其为典型的脆性断裂。Hexanediol diacrylate and tripropylene glycol diacrylate were compounded as active diluents,1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone and bis(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phenyl phosphine oxide were compounded as photoinitiators.Optimizing the amount of oligomers,the ratio and amount of compound diluent,the ratio and amount of compound photoinitiator to obtain a UV-curable epoxy acrylate system with fast curing rates,low viscosity and excellent mechanical properties,and its performance was studied.When the content of EA was 60%,the ratio of composite diluent TPGDA to HDDA was 8∶2,with a dosage of 35%,and the ratio of composite photoinitiator 184 to TPO was 4∶6,with a dosage of 4.5%,the comprehensive properties of the UV-curable resin system were the best,with a tensile strength of 33.42MPa,an elongation at break of 14.5%,and an impact strength of 2.41kJ/m^(2).The initial decomposition temperature was 322.61℃,the maximum decomposition temperature was 383.18℃,the temperature at 50%mass loss was 392.4℃,and the final residual rate was 4.54%.It was a typical brittle fracture according to the tensile section microscopic morphology analysis.
